Policies & Returns

We try our best to rectify any situation that may occur with your purchase. Feel free to come to us with any questions you may have. We are open to making minor changes or re-sizing if possible. Items that require more fabrication to change the size or to change elements of design are subject to studio fees. RESIZING is a per case option as not all items can simply be modified; ie. Spinner Rings. 

In-House Stock: Items that are not made-to-order or custom order are eligible to be returned for a refund under the following conditions: 1) Notify us of intent to return within 7 days of item delivery date, return postage is buyer’s responsibility. 2) Item must be in original new condition and returned with packaging. 3) Costs of shipping & processing for original purchase are nonrefundable. 4) Once we approve the returned item, a refund will be issued via Paypal or Square CC. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition. Refunds can take up to 14+ business days to post from date of approved return.

Made-to-Order: Items that are not in-house stock or custom order are eligible for store credit under the following conditions: 1) Notify us of intent to return within 7 days of item delivery date, return postage is buyer’s responsibility. 2) Item must be in original new condition and returned with packaging. 3) Costs of shipping & processing for original purchase are nonrefundable. 4) Once we approve the returned item, store credit will be issued which can be applied to any new purchase. Store credit for returned items will be extended for one year from date of original purchase.

Custom Orders: All custom order studio sales are final. We pride ourselves on keeping our customers informed during the whole process to ensure they are happy with their item. Slight adjustments can be made on a per case basis. Items that require more fabrication are subject to studio fees. Personalized items cannot be returned for credit or refund.
